Great customer service, Nicholas was great at understanding our needs and wants and has created 3 brilliant products.
We purchased bottle, charger and ear buds which are great quality and will make our swag bags at our event awesome.

Quick, easy, and helpful! Alex W. was quick to respond and sent me mock-ups of our desired product as well as mock-ups of other merchandise. After seeing all of the options, we've decided to come back and buy more! Merchandise was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and products were perfect.

The Value of Genuine Customer Service
Ellie Hoecker made our experience with Flashbay great! In looking for a water bottle for our employees, she provided us with a quote promptly, but more importantly, she took the time and initiative to look up our logo and provide a sample image with it imprinted on the bottle. That got my attention.
When the pricing came back too high, I indicated what we were looking for and the price range. She again took the time to successfully identify a few products that may work well for us.
Quite honestly, her customer service and tremendous, prompt communication held our attention over other companies and ultimately resulted in a sale.
From quote to order to receipt, the process was seamless, and we greatly appreciate it!

Great sales person, excellent service!
The sales person, Max, was extremely responsive, listened well and offered us an excellent alternative that is actually much nicer than what we originally requested. The order came very quickly. The quality of the water bottles is superb. Printing is crisp and clear and the water bottles are well made. Could not be happier!

Stunning Eco Friendly Branded Bottles
Well worth the 5 stars, I had the pleasure of working with Ruari and he was so efficient. We had a lot of requirements and the design had to be perfect, yet although we had a lot of back and forth (my fault), Ruari worked with speed to ensure the process was still as short as possible. Always checking in, ensuring we were happy with the design, even when delivery was made, double checking we were still happy with the final outcome.
Highly recommend this company, and if you get to work with Ruari, even better! Thank you Ruari!
